Terms of Service

Who these terms cover

These terms apply to your use of reden.cc — the marketing site, the booking widget, and any other public-facing page operated by Reden Intelligence. They do not cover engagements under a separate signed agreement; in that case the signed agreement governs.

What we offer on this site

Nothing on this site is a binding offer to provide services. Engagements begin when both parties sign a written scope or agreement.

Acceptable use

You may browse the site and book a call for genuine business enquiries. You may not:

Intellectual property

The site copy, design, layout, and brand marks are the property of Reden Intelligence. Third-party fonts and libraries are used under their respective licences. You may quote, link to, or share excerpts of the site for non-commercial purposes with attribution.

For deliverables produced under a paid engagement (source code, prompts, model weights, runbooks), ownership transfers to the client on completion as specified in the engagement's written agreement.

Bookings & communications

When you submit a booking, you agree that we may contact you at the email address you provided to confirm, reschedule, or follow up on the meeting. We will not add you to any marketing list without separate consent.

Third-party links and services

The site links to external services (such as WhatsApp). We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party site you reach through those links.

Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is". We make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Content on the site is for informational purposes and is not legal, financial, or professional advice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reden Intelligence will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the site is limited to GBP 100.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the courts of London, England.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after the update constitutes acceptance.
